Excellent resort and great view. Quite environment

It was really great. The view from the tower building was absolutely soothing and refreshing. The resort's staff have been also nice. Although some tourists seemed not satisfied during my stay, I would say to them- this is not a 'five star' resort. I personally did not have that expectation and enjoyed my stay. And, the view of the sea from the pool side terrace is just lovely!

If you are looking for a quiet, crowd free, peaceful blue sea and clear water beach experience, Dera Resort is the place to stay. It's located right after Inani beach and undoubtedly has one of the best view of the sea. For location it should get 10/10. We took the Superior Suit rooms, it had a decent view of the sea from the balcony. Room was very spacious and beautiful. We took an extra bed as we were family of 4. The room had enough space even after placing the extra single bed. For room it should get 10/10. However one must note their other rooms (Deluxe Sea view with balcony are a bit congested/smaller considering the rent) Score would be 5.5/10 It had complimentary breakfast. Which I'd say was somewhat moderate interms of assortment and quality. Score would be 6/10 Room Service: this is something they must take a very good care of, as we found their service a bit slow and poor quality considering the other great factors of the resort. For Room cleaning we had to keep requesting multiple time to arrive. Aminities that comes with the room was insufficient and we had remind them that we are paying for more than 2 guests. Score would be 3/10 One BIG Concern: They don't provide complimentary pick up and drop service from airport which is a Big problem considering their location is far away and transport is costly. They provide paid pick and drop, that also has a very limited capacity. We took the paid pick up service, but they could not provide drop service (as they have only 2 microbus) and we had to rent car from outside for airport drop. For that the score is 2/10. However if you are travelling with your own vehicle this won't be an issue. Overall we had a pleasent experience at Dera Resort and would visit again in-sha-allah. And hope they'll imporve their Service Quality to match up their beautiful ambience.

The food was very good. Service is not bad but needs improvement I think.
