Calm & quiet place. Best for sea & hill view. Staff behaviour & food service is nice.

This place is highly recommended for those who want to spend their time in a quiet environment with an ocean view. The beach view from the room was eye soothing.

Great resort for family/corporate outing. View is also good. Nearby sea beach is quiet & safe. Room service was ok but need improvement. Swimming pool was good but only one time entry is possible needs to increase. Also need to give at least 2 card if it is corporate outing. Food was also good at breakfast. Need to improve the approach of the staffs. Overall value for money.

Quiet, Spacious.

DERA is owned by the Bangladesh Army. As you know any kind of service which BD army provided is always best. Thus this is also one the good options for traveller of coxsbazar. Their area is under construction. Once construction will over they may had added great value. Correction: This is not owned by Bangladesh Army as owner said.
